The Cryptocurrency Trading Market provides a vast amount of coins and tokens for trading in a spot quote marketplace. Offers to buy and sell cryptocurrencies are collected and broadcast to traders in batches of active cryptocurrencies with their current offerings in a ‘hot sheet’ of trading activity. This trading platform reacts to these offerings and decides to invest or pass on each one. Although there are thousands of cryptocurrencies (we are currently at 8,188) not all of them are actively trading moment-by-moment. Our Cryptocurrency Reactive Trading Desk is designed to discover trading opportunities advantageous to automated trading.

Cryptocurrency trading requires the use brokerages, such as, Kraken, Coinbase, Gemini, and many others, to execute your buy & sell orders, to fill those orders, and to transfer bank funds. Not all of these brokerages are available for trading in the U.S.A.

To Demonstrate: This system is connected to the Gemini Brokerage (gemini.com) using an Application Program Interface (API) to programmatically issue buy & sell orders. The algorithms used are described under the Automated Trading menu selection. The broker provides a live trading “sandbox” to analyze the program performance in real-time which can been followed under the Live Action menu selection – Gemini Brokerage. This brokerage offers approximately 62 paired cryptocurrencies. Of those, 32 coins were paired to the United States Dollar (USD) and available for trading on their platform. The sandbox is restricted to trading ten (10) cryptocurrencies for evaluation purposes.

A recent live data sandbox test began with $100,000 and increased to more than $2,000,000 in eight (8) days.
