The new infrastructure will provide clients with Research & Development Services, Prototype Generation, Fulfillment Interfaces, Business Planning & Guidance including Legal Services for Patent Applications, Copyrights and Trademarks. This platform creates a One-Stop-Shop for entrepreneurs and developers looking to bring their ideas to fruition and success.

These professional services are provided to the client in exchange for a Twenty Percent (20%) Equity Position in each product. Please note, the client is responsible for any supplies and/or raw materials and is also assessed an Equipment Time Rental Fee when required for production fulfillment.

These revenue streams realized from multiple product equity positions are combined with the monthly subscription payments collected via XCaliber Networks product offerings to comprise the overall Investor Monthly Disbursement Allocation (IMDA) available for the investor community.

XCaliber Network Laboratories will bring the latest technologies together in a unified platform to provide a future technology incubator for product development.
